When Larry first saw the 1969 Ford Cobra, he was taken aback by its originality. The car was in exceptional condition and still had the original Raven Black paint. It was in need of a new paint job, but otherwise, the car was a great deal more original than Larry thought. This Cobra had lived its whole life in Wisconsin, and it had never been driven since new. Larry's plan was to take the car to the next level.

1969 Ford Cobra

This 1969 Ford Cobra is an investment grade, reference quality muscle car. It is the perfect addition to any collection. National Muscle Cars is selling it now. This car is the most powerful Ford of 1969. The Cobra 4-speed transmission generates 335 horsepower. It comes standard with competition suspension. Motor Trend tested the Cobra 4-speed and reported that it did the quarter-mile in 14.5 seconds. Ram Air, which is part of the Cobra's Ram Air system, kept the driver stable and didn't cause motion sickness. Although the suspension is capable to turn sharp corners, it can also cause problems.

1993 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

This rare 1993 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra was a limited production version of the Fox-body sports car. It came with a 5.0 liter V8 engine, tuned for greater power. This car was factory rated at 235 horsepower and 280 pounds-feet. SVT tuning used Mustang GT performance as the base for their tuning. The car's cylinder heads were therefore replaced with GT40 pieces. Other changes to the engine included a modified intake manifold and camshafts. Ventilated disc brakes were also available.


It was powered with a 302CI V8 that produced 235 horsepower. It came with GT-40 Cast Iron heads, which had larger intake port and valve designs. These head were finished with GT-40 lower intakemanifolds and an aluminum tubular upper intake, modeled after GT-40. The GT-40 manifold diverted the air into a series o rectangular ports. H.O. also measured the Mustang Cobra’s throttle body. spec engines.

1999-2004 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

SVT offered a convertible performance Ford Mustang SVT Cobra from 1999 to 2004. It used the same V6 engine, but was modified to improve its handling and performance. Cobra received an aluminum flywheel along with the V6 engine. It also had a revised suspension that could be adjusted to different damping rates. This car's suspension system featured forged alloy wheels with 245/45ZR-17 BFGoodrich Comp T/A tires. The car's distinctive sound began with a low growl at moderate cornering speeds, and then grew to a deep howling at maximum performance.

SVT engineers reduced the weight of the car by 50 pounds. Twenty of this weight came from the engine, while six pounds were removed from the Cobra's coil-on-plug direct ignition system. This Mustang SVT Cobra version has a 55/45 front-to-aft ratio that is approximately 1 foot less than the previous model. The new SVT Cobra now weighs 110 lbs less than the old model.

2010 Ford Mustang Cobra Jet

Ford Mustang Cobra Jet, a supercar with high performance that debuted in 2008, is the Ford Mustang Cobra Jet. This is the fourth-generation of the supercar, and it has a variety of upgrades to help it achieve such performance. Cobra Jet's 2010 model features a brand new fuel system.
